About the CEO
Who is WhitLiGilbert?
Alyssa A. Tate is the CEO of WhitLiGilbert. Alyssa has 14 years of experience working in the Federal Government, most of which have been in various Human Resources roles, focusing on Labor and Employee Relations. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Culture from Howard University and a Juris Doctor from Catholic University's Columbus School of Law. Alyssa is proud graduate of Department of Navy's HR Intern Program, which allows program participants to learn about all facets of federal human resources in locations across the world.
Over the years, Alyssa has served as a mentor to several budding HR specialists as well as helped many people secure positions with the federal government and/or respond appropriately to difficult professional situations.
Her knowledge of HR, go-getter attitude, and ability to adapt have allowed her to move up the scale, which she once entered as a GS-4.
WhitLiGilbert is truly an opportunity for Alyssa to allow her talents to help others reach their full potential.
